Pazo Arretén

PAZO ARRETÉN Albariño is a fresh, balanced, and elegant wine, with its natural acidity being the key element that gives it balance.

The grapes are harvested by hand and then selected onsite, devoting time and talent to choose the best bunches. We destem and gently press the grapes to obtain free-run must.

It is then left to settle, so that the future wine can ferment naturally in a steel vat and French oak cask. It is kept on fine lees for three months, followed by more than seven months of ageing. Once the wine-making process is complete, we mix the two in suitable percentages before bottling.

Our vineyards are 35 years old on average.

A fresh, elegant wie in which the primary aromas of the Albariño variety stand out. Its nose features fruity notes with a mineral background. Its in mouth sensations are long and complex, featuring vibrant acidity.
