Iriensis

IRIENSIS Albariño is a fresh, balanced, and elegant wine, with its natural acidity being the key element that gives it balance.

The grapes are harvested by hand and then the best bunches are selected. We destem and gently press the grapes to obtain free-run must. The resulting liquid is left to settle. After natural fermentation in a steel vat and French oak cask, Iriensis is kept on fine lees for more than a month, followed by another three months of ageing to complete the wine-making process. Finally, different percentages from the steel vat and French oak cask are mixed and then bottled as Iriensis wine.

IRIENSIS vineyards are 25 years old on average.

Floral and citric notes of medium intensity. Its in mouth sensations are lively, aromatic, and fresh. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany a meal.
