TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

1. INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT for the reservation services (hereinafter the services) of VIDALFERRS S.L. (hereinafter PAZO ARRETEN), with registered office at LUGAR DE POUSA S/N – PAZOS. 15917 Padrón (A Coruña), CIF B15635634 and telephone number 0034 881 067 026. The term “User” is used here to refer to all individuals and/or entities that for any reason register on www.pazoarreten.es or use its services.

 

2.USE OF ONLINE BOOKING SERVICES AT PAZO ARRETEN

2.1 The purpose of the online booking services is to reserve rooms at PAZO ARRETEN. The use of these services will imply full and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of the Contract Conditions, which will be automatically considered incorporated into the contract signed with PAZO ARRETEN, without the need for written transcription of these GENERAL CONDITIONS. The room prices include VAT and other taxes, if applicable.

2.2 Contracting procedure: During the booking process, the user must fill in certain essential data for the booking. The user guarantees that he/she is over eighteen (18) years of age, and that the data provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date. Once the payment for the reservation has been made by credit card, the user will receive an email confirming it. This email serves as proof of your reservation.

For a reservation to be considered confirmed, it is ESSENTIAL to have made the payment for the reservation. 2.3 The cost of accommodation includes: Use of bed linen, towel, slippers, bathrobe and amenities. Also, the use of common areas, Wi-Fi connection and a special breakfast that will be available within the established hours for it. All rooms have a Smart TV, heating, air conditioning, hair dryer, safe and kettle. The cost also includes parking in the private property of PAZO ARRETEN and the wake-up service.

 

3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

3.1 Check-in will take place from 15:00 to 23:00 on the day of arrival (PAZO ARRETEN local time). Check-in will not be possible outside of these hours and PAZO ARRETEN will have free use of the rooms involved in the reservation.

If for any reason a reservation remains pending, part of the total amount of the reservation must be paid at the time of check-in.

To check-in, all beneficiaries of the reservation over fourteen (14) years of age must present a photo ID, driver’s license or passport. Citizens from outside the European Union may only check-in with a passport. (Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, on the protection of public safety and Order INT/502/2003 of February 21 and Order INT/1922/2003 of July 3)

In the case of groups of minors, they must be accompanied by adults. For children over six years of age, one adult for every twenty minors. If they are children of six years of age or younger, they must be accompanied by one adult for every ten minors.

After checking in at PAZO ARRETEN, you can enter freely at any time.

3.2 Check-out: The user agrees to leave the room before 12:00 on the day of departure (local time at PAZO ARRETEN).

 

4. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE ONLINE RESERVATION

4.1 Any cancellation or modification to an ONLINE reservation (number of rooms, check-in date, etc.) must ALWAYS be requested by email to hotel@pazoarreten.es and PAZO ARRETEN will always try to comply with your request.

If the user cancels his/her reservation, the cancellation may result in cancellation fees, which cover the costs and damages incurred due to non-occupation of the reserved places and cancellation in advance of the expected arrival date, as well as the costs incurred by hiring or purchasing supplies for the installation.

4.2 The costs will be charged in the following terms and conditions:

-You can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date.

-You will pay the price of the first night if you cancel 2 or fewer days before the arrival date.

-The refund of the reservation amount, after deducting cancellation fees if applicable, will be made within a maximum period of 30 days (Article 14 of Decree 17/2011 of 8 September), although PAZO ARRETEN will do everything possible to ensure that the refund is immediate.

 

5. PERSONAL DATA

During the online booking process, we have requested a series of personal data from the user in order to provide the requested service and/or invoice it.

The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations (articles 66 to 70 of the General Tax Law). The data requested are necessary, so that if they are not provided, the provision of the required service will not be possible. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether PAZO ARRETEN (VIDALFERRS S.L.) is processing your personal data, therefore you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary, to limit its processing, or to oppose its processing, as well as the right to data portability. The data provided will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations (articles 66 to 70 of the General Tax Law). The data requested are necessary, so if they are not provided, the provision of the required service will not be possible. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.

The user can consult our Privacy Policy where all aspects related to their personal data are explained: our identification, type of data we collect, for what purpose we do so, the treatment we give them, data transfers and conservation of these, the exercise of user rights and the security measures we apply.

During the booking process, data related to browsing the website may be collected, which are necessary for its proper functioning (check the Cookies Policy for more details).
